Otter's 2025 Year End

What an incredible year 2025 has been. When Jennifer and I launched Otter’s Detailing on April 1st, we never imagined how quickly this community would embrace us. We feel very blessed—not just by the success of the business, but by the new friendships we’ve formed with clients and colleagues alike.

Our journey took an unexpected turn early on. While I initially envisioned a home-based drop-off service, your requests for mobile detailing were impossible to ignore. By May 1st, we hit the road with our first mobile rig. Thanks to your support and word-of-mouth referrals, demand grew so quickly that we upgraded to a custom-enclosed trailer to provide a truly professional, ergonomic experience. It was even a joy to have my two sons—who bring great expertise from the car wash industry—join me on the job during our busiest months.

The biggest milestone arrived this fall. Thanks to the hard work and sacrifice of my father-in-law, we officially converted our barn into the “Otter Shop.” This dedicated space allows us to provide high-end services regardless of the weather. Furthermore, I am proud to announce that as of November 2025, I am officially an Accredited Ceramic Coating Installer through Gtechniq North America. This means our ceramic services are now backed by Gtechniq’s industry-leading warranties.

Looking ahead to 2026, our mission remains the same: to stay small and focused. We treat every vehicle as our top priority, ensuring no detail is left untouched. We know detailing is a luxury service, and our goal is to ensure your experience with us feels like a luxury, too.
